Mrs. Labh is a Director (Admin & HR). She has been associated with the firm since its inception and boasts a wide range of knowledge in Administration & Human Resource Management. 

CA. Karn is the Chief Operating Officer of the firm. He is a young and dynamic personality with an experience of around 10 years in the Field of Auditing & Assurance, Accounting, Advisory, Financial Consultancy, Management Consultancy, IFRS and MIS Advisory Services. He has the experience of working in many reputed companies in India as well as Nepal. He has handled many clients including Ashal Chimeki, SIMAVI, NEWAH, GNI, Civil Aviation Authority, Hetauda Cement, DDC, Hotel Shambhala, Corporate Development Bank and ADB projects among others. He is also responsible for daily functioning of the organisation.

Mr. Shrestha is a Manager (Admin) in the Firm. He has been associated with the firm for over 10 years has provided excellent services in maintaing a proper and efficient management. He is also responsible for maintaing the finance of firm.
